Warranty

All products are guaranteed by the respective manufacturers. Warranty time limits are as printed on the product packaging itself.

Returns

• It is necessary to contact Advantage Pool Supplies.com, LLC for a return authorization prior to the return of any product.
• A return merchandise authorization (RMA Form) must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
• A minimum 10% restocking fee will be charged.
• Return authorizations are valid for 30 days after the date of issue.
• Please do not write on exterior packaging.
• If the product is not received in saleable condition it will be returned to you.
• Special order items and discontinued items are not returnable.

Mis-shipments/Short Shipments

• If you receive a product that differs from what is indicated in your packing slip, or if you were shorted items from your order, please contact Customer Service by toll-free phone (1-888-462-9308)

Defective Product

• The return of defective product is accepted according to the manufacturer's return policies.
• All defective material is to be returned to:

• Defective product must be returned in the original cartons with all the original packing material.
• Please enclose a detailed description of each defect.

Freight

• All returns must be sent freight prepaid.
• Freight will only be credited for errors by Advantage Pool Supplies.com.
• Advantage Pool Supplies.com does not credit freight for defective products.
